Суд Запорожья приговорил сына экс-прокурора, который сбил насмерть трех человек, к шести годам тюремного заключения.

В Запорожье Апелляционный суд отчасти удовлетворил апелляционную жалобу прокуратуры и приговорил Дмитрия Рудя, сына бывшего прокурора Жовтневого района Днепропетровска к 6 годам лишения свободы. По информации ведомства, суд аннулировал вердикт первой инстанции - 5 лет лишения свободы - и отчасти удовлетворил запросы прокуратуры, которая для подсудимого требовала 7 лет лишения свободы, сообщает BestNews.

В тот же период, Рудь прямо из зала суда вышел на свободу. Как объяснил радио «Свобода» Николай Наливайко, прокурор, потому что во время судебного заседания не передавались ходатайство об изменении подсудимому меры пресечения, избранного ранее судом первой инстанции - денежный залог, то до вхождения решения суда в законную силу, будет действовать в течение месяца, собственно эта мера пресечения.

В Днепропетровске 20 октября 2010 года внедорожник скрылся с места происшествия, сбив женщин просто на пешеходном переходе. За рулем внедорожника находился Дмитрий Рудь. Женщины не поспели перейти дорогу на зеленый свет, а когда зажегся красный, стали на распределительной полосе. Прямо на месте аварии умерли две женщины, третья - в больнице.
