По словам экс-президента Украины Л.Кравчука, проект изменений в Основной закон страны готов на 95%

Киев, 26 июня. Сегодня бывший президент Украины Леонид Кравчук, являющийся ныне членом конституционной комиссии, сделал заявление о готовности проекта изменений в Основной закон страны на 95%. По его словам, в субботу, 27 июня, документ может быть передан действующему президенту Петру Порошенко. Кравчук уточнил, что в новом проекте также на 95% учтены все поправки Венецианской комиссии.

"Не учтены там детали. Скажем, больше технические проблемы", - сказал Кравчук. Отвечая на вопрос журналистов, учтено ли в новом проекте замечание Венецианской комиссии относительно роспуска местных органов власти после согласования в Конституционном суде, бывший глава Украины сказал утвердительно. "Имеет право распускать и сразу же подавать в Конституционный суд", - подтвердил он.

Хотим напомнить, что ранее Венецианская комиссия, являясь консультативным органом Совета Европы по конституционному праву, сделала положительный вывод о предоставленных Украиной поправках в Конституцию. При этом комиссия попросила украинских специалистов немного доработать документ. (Из источников портала BestNews).
